The environmental management plan and the avifauna-monitoring program of two wind farms in Rodopi Prefecture, NE Greeece, have been completed. In particular, they regard a) a wind farm of total installed capacity of 20,7 MW located on “Fantaros’’ spot and operated by WIND PARK ORGANI S.A. and b) a wind farm of total installed capacity of 16,1 MW located on “Grammatikaki’’ spot and operated by WIND PARK GRAMMATIKAKI S.A. As part of the relevant contracts, Management and Monitoring Programs plans have been submitted to the competent authorities, in order to meet the environmental conditions for both wind farms.
